The Holiday Reset is a one-visit exterior deep clean for multi-location restaurants — hot-water washed, sanitized, photographed and certified, so head office never has to ask "was it actually done?"
Booking Nov 1 – Dec 31 · Pilot one location, roll out to all in January · No obligation
Whether you own the franchise, manage facilities for the brand, or run the floor every day — the problem is the same: exterior cleaning that happens inconsistently, invisibly, and in the way of service.
You're protecting brand standards across 3, 8 or 20 locations with one head and two hands. You need a vendor who shows up the same way everywhere and proves it without you driving to check.
You manage dozens of vendors and need one that consolidates: one scheduled program, one invoice, one dashboard, and audit-ready documentation for every site in the province.
You open the doors. You want the crew gone before prep starts, the bins back where they belong, and nothing on the patio that a guest or an inspector will notice before you do.
One early-morning visit per location. Every exterior surface a guest, a landlord or a health inspector will see — hot-water washed at 180°F+, sanitized, and photographed before and after. Done before you open. Certified before you've finished your first coffee.

Sample certificates for four client types. Every field is filled from the actual visit.
Most cleaning vendors send an invoice. We send evidence. Every visit, every location, every area — organized, labelled and signed off, then logged in The Cleaning Vault, your permanent record of what was done, when, by whom, and what it looked like before and after.
Your account manager maintains a customized dashboard for your whole portfolio: every location's last visit, next visit, certificate status, photo count and open feedback — so a question from head office is answered in one link instead of a week of emails.

Mock-up with sample data. Your dashboard is built around your locations and reporting needs.
Organization is what makes a cleaning vendor easy to keep. Here's the sequence, every time, at every location.
You simply show up in the morning and your business is dialed. We win. We out. Always Clean.
The Holiday Reset is Visit #1. Choose a cadence and the same crew keeps every location at that standard — on a schedule you never have to think about.
For high-traffic urban and mall-adjacent locations where first impressions reset daily.
The complete Holiday Reset scope, four times a year, timed to your seasons — spring patio open, summer, fall, holiday.
For suburban and highway locations — two deep cleans a year, bookended around patio season.
Pilot one location this holiday. Roll out to all of them in January. Pricing is scoped per location after a site assessment — no two storefronts are the same and we won't pretend otherwise.
Every item on the certificate checklist is something your manager can see and sign off on. If anything isn't right — a streaked pane, a missed stain, a bin that came back dirty — tell your account manager and the same crew returns to make it right. It's written on every certificate because we expect to be held to it.
Before your doors open. For most restaurant locations that means a 4:30–6:00 AM start, finished before staff arrive for prep. You confirm the exact window on the pre-visit touch-base, and crews work around any early deliveries or foot traffic.
We do. We coordinate with GFL and regional waste vendors across BC so bins are staged, hot-washed, sanitized and returned to the enclosure without anyone at your location chasing the hauler or rescheduling a pickup.
A digital cleaning certificate for every visit: before and after photos of every area, the completed checklist, the on-site walkthrough sign-off, and a permanent copy in The Cleaning Vault. Forward it to head office, your landlord or a health inspector as-is.
Yes. We run a single scheduled program across 133 Save-On-Foods, PriceSmart Foods and Urban Fare locations in BC, with trained crews based out of four regional hubs. Most restaurant groups pilot one location on the Holiday Reset and roll the program out in January.
Yes. We carry $5 million in commercial general liability and are WorkSafeBC registered. A certificate of insurance is sent before your first visit, and our crews follow written safety procedures for hot-water equipment and work at height.
No, and we're upfront about it. Our pest-deterrent sanitation protocol removes what attracts pests — grease, food residue, standing organic waste in and around bins — and documents gaps and harbourage points for your licensed pest contractor. It makes their job work; it doesn't replace it.
No. Temperature and pressure are matched to the surface — high heat on concrete and bin pads, controlled pressure on cladding and signage, pure-water methods on glass. Twenty-five years on grocery storefronts across BC taught us where the limits are.
If any checklist item doesn't pass your walkthrough, we return and redo it at no charge. It's printed on every certificate.
A site assessment is a 20-minute walk of one location with your account manager. You get a written scope and a program recommendation for the full portfolio. No obligation, no pricing games.
